Plymouth life
Local, Family-Run, and Staying That Way
26 May 2026 • 3 min read • Premier Cleaners, Plymouth
Premier Cleaners Ltd is a family-run business working across Plymouth and the surrounding local areas. That is not just a line on the About page — it changes how the day-to-day works for customers.
You speak to the same people
Enquiries come to us directly, not to a national call centre, and the person who quotes your clean is the person you can call about it afterwards. If something needs adjusting, there is no ticket queue in between.
Quotes are written, not estimated on the phone
We ask about the property because the size, condition and access genuinely change how long a clean takes. You then get a fixed, itemised price in writing before anything is booked — no deposits, no tie-in contracts, and no hourly creep on the day.
Local coverage, honestly described
We cover Plymouth and the surrounding local areas, including places such as Plympton, Plymstock, Saltash, Ivybridge, Tavistock, Torpoint, Wembury and Yelverton. If you are slightly outside that, calling us gets you a straight answer immediately rather than a form response.
Standards we hold ourselves to
Our cleaners are DBS checked, we agree a written checklist per property, and if an agreed area is missed we will come back and re-clean it. Being small is only an advantage if the standards are consistent, so we write them down.
