We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and deliver cleaning services, and keep records of the work we carry out. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host our website, database and email delivery, and with anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months. Customer and financial records are kept for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law.
