Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Premier Cleaners Ltd, company number 17434711, registered in England & Wales.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us about the property and the tasks required. If the property differs significantly from that description, we will discuss and agree any change in price with you before continuing.

Bookings and access

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and price in writing. You are responsible for providing safe access, running water and electricity. If we cannot gain access, a call-out charge may apply.

Our team

Work is carried out by our DBS-checked cleaners. We supply cleaning products and equipment as standard unless we have agreed to use yours.

Your property

Please tell us about fragile, valuable or specialist surfaces before we start. We take reasonable care at all times, but we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, wear, or damage caused by items that were not disclosed to us.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed invoiced terms for regular or commercial work. We accept bank transfer.

Complaints

Please raise any concerns within 24 hours of the clean so we can put things right under our service guarantee.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
